António Félix da Costa

Born in Lisbon in 1991, António began showing great interest in his older brother Duarte’s racing career from early on, and from a very young age his ambition to become a racing driver was clear.

He made his karting debut at the age of 9 in the Portuguese Cup where, among much more experienced drivers, he settled in easily and shoed great natural skills.

Since then he has confirmed this with several titles in various categories, both in Portugal and abroad, and is currently considered one of the greatest up and coming talents in Portuguese motorsport. His Racing CV includes 2 Portuguese Championship titles, 2 Portuguese Open titles, 2^nd place in World Series karting and 3^rd place in the Italian Open Masters.

In 2008, and still only 16 years old, António is stepping up to Formula cars, joining multiple champions Motopark Academy in the Formula Renault Northern European Cup as well as in selected events of the Formula Renault Eurocup.
